The initial consultation usually runs about 30 minutes and is offered at no charge. This is an opportunity for me to understand what you’d like to learn about the college artistic review process and how I might be helpful to you. It also gives me a chance to discuss my services and the different ways I work with students.
Working with me at Nothing But Drama is a three-phase process of research, planning and development, which should ideally begin in fall semester Junior year. At the very latest, the process should commence by spring semester Junior year. If you find yourself interested in engaging my services after that, give me a ring and we’ll see where you’re at and decide how I can be helpful to you.
PHASE 1: Get to know your desired programs and schools. Go deep. Read. Learn. Visit. We’ll discuss what you discover.
PHASE 2: Sort it all out. What are the dates, deadlines, requirements, guidelines and materials to gather for each school’s artistic review process?
PHASE 3: Develop your art. Whether through your work on monologues, songs, or a director’s notebook for theater, or portfolios for film, dramatic writing and theatrical production & design programs, we will help them get to know you.
